Something I noticed when watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, episode 1-25 Party of One
Main character Pinkie Pie is obsessed with parties, even throwing her pet alligator an after-birthday party, but forget that it is also HER birthday and slowly goes insane. I just found it ironic that the one character who lives for parties would forget the biggest reason for a party.
